After 28 years in Executive Management with Costco Wholesale, Ted made the decision to step away from a successful corporate career to focus on something more personal—serving people directly and building something lasting for his family and community. Throughout his career, Ted was known for his leadership, work ethic, and ability to manage complex operations, teams, and facilities at a high level.

Behind the scenes, Ted’s role went far beyond management. He spent years focused on maintaining and improving large-scale buildings, ensuring operations ran smoothly, safely, and efficiently. That hands-on experience—combined with his leadership background—became the foundation for That Guy Services.

What started as a natural transition has grown into a bigger vision: creating a company that provides reliable, high-quality help for homes, businesses, and properties of all sizes.
