Commercial Membership Terms and Service Agreement
Our commercial membership is designed for businesses that need consistent, reliable maintenance support without the expense of hiring full-time staff. By enrolling in a That Guy Services membership plan, you agree to the following terms. Memberships are billed monthly and automatically renew unless canceled prior to the next billing cycle. Your plan includes scheduled maintenance visits based on your selected tier, such as quarterly, monthly, or multiple visits per month, focused on preventative maintenance and general facility upkeep. During these visits, we perform routine tasks such as checking doors and hardware, inspecting lighting and fixtures, addressing minor repairs, performing touch-ups, maintaining restrooms and common areas, and identifying potential issues before they impact your operations. These visits are limited to a defined service window and are intended for ongoing maintenance, not large-scale repairs or extended labor. Any additional work outside of routine maintenance will be billed at the discounted member rate, and materials or third-party services are not included. Membership benefits include priority scheduling and access to after-hours emergency service at our standard rate with no additional after-hours fees, though availability is not guaranteed. Businesses are responsible for providing access to the property at the time of service, and missed appointments without proper notice may result in forfeiture of that visit. We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Memberships do not include specialized licensed work such as major electrical, plumbing, HVAC, or structural repairs, and That Guy Services is not responsible for pre-existing conditions, hidden damage, or issues outside the scope of work performed. This membership is a valuable investment for businesses that want to reduce downtime, maintain a professional environment, and prevent small issues from becoming costly disruptions. It provides dependable support, helps extend the life of your facility, and ensures you always have a trusted partner to handle maintenance needs quickly and efficiently. Memberships may be canceled at any time prior to the next billing cycle, and no partial refunds will be issued. We reserve the right to refuse service in unsafe conditions or situations outside our scope and to modify membership terms or pricing with notice. Membership use must remain within reasonable service expectations, and services may be limited if usage is excessive or outside normal commercial maintenance needs.

Checking partitions, dispensers, and hardware
🧱 Walls, Trim, and Interior Repairs
Minor drywall patching
Touch-up caulking and sealing
Trim and molding adjustments
Small cosmetic repairs to maintain a professional appearance
🪟 Windows and Interior Features
Checking window operation and locks
Adjusting blinds or coverings
Minor repairs to interior fixtures and finishes

Tightening loose fixtures and hardware
Replacing basic components as needed
Inspecting high-traffic areas for wear and tear
Addressing small issues before they impact operations

🚨 What Is Not Included
To keep your plan efficient and focused, we do not include:
Major electrical, plumbing, or HVAC work
Commercial kitchen or specialized equipment repairs
Large-scale repairs, build-outs, or renovations
Work requiring permits or licensed contractors
Extensive labor beyond the scheduled service window
