Residential Membership Terms and Service Agreement
Our residential membership is designed for homeowners who need reliable help with routine upkeep but do not require constant or large-scale repairs. By enrolling in a That Guy Services membership plan, you agree to the following terms. Memberships are billed monthly and automatically renew unless canceled prior to the next billing cycle. Your plan includes scheduled maintenance visits based on your selected tier, such as quarterly or monthly visits, which focus on preventative care and general home upkeep. During these visits, we handle routine tasks such as tightening hardware, adjusting doors and locks, checking fixtures, replacing light bulbs (customer supplied), minor repairs, caulking touch-ups, and identifying potential issues before they become larger problems. These visits are limited to a defined service window and are intended for light maintenance only, not extended labor or major repairs. Any additional work outside of routine maintenance will be billed at the discounted member rate, and materials or third-party services are not included.
Membership benefits include priority scheduling and access to after-hours emergency service at our standard rate with no additional after-hours fees, though availability is not guaranteed. Homeowners are responsible for providing access to the property at the time of service, and missed appointments without proper notice may result in forfeiture of that visit. We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Memberships are intended for minor repairs and preventative maintenance only and do not include specialized licensed work such as major electrical, plumbing, HVAC, or structural repairs. That Guy Services is not responsible for pre-existing conditions, hidden damage, or issues outside the scope of work performed.
This membership is a smart investment for homeowners who want peace of mind without the cost of full-time maintenance support. It helps prevent small issues from turning into expensive repairs, keeps your home safe and functioning properly, and gives you a trusted professional to call when something needs attention. Memberships may be canceled at any time prior to the next billing cycle, and no partial refunds will be issued. We reserve the right to refuse service in unsafe conditions or situations outside our scope and to modify membership terms or pricing with notice. Membership use must remain within reasonable service expectations, and services may be limited if usage is excessive or outside normal household maintenance needs.
